Processing Time

All non-bulk retail orders and verified commercial wholesale purchases undergo processing, packaging, and internal clearing within 1 to 3 business days. Fulfillment tasks are not executed on weekends, local civic holidays, or federal tracking breaks. High-volume seasons, weather disruptions, or sudden regional product demand spikes can alter standard processing sequences.

Shipping Time

Estimated transit times are heavily determined by chosen logistics partners, delivery tiers, and regional destinations. Standard ground transit routinely completes within 3 to 7 business days inside the continental United States following formal hand-off to our third-party logistics agents. Shipping confirmations containing tracking hyperlinks are automatically generated upon package scanning.

Adult Signature Required (21+)

Pursuant to the federal Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act and state mandates, all shipments containing vapor products, hardware accessories, or e-liquids require a formal Adult Signature (21+) upon physical delivery. The receiving individual must present an unexpired, government-issued photo ID to the carrier agent to verify legal age status. A fixed Adult Signature delivery charge is integrated directly into the tax and checkout breakdown.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to dynamic and highly restrictive local state laws, complex tax structures, or explicit regional vapor product transport bans, Silver Beach Vapes does not route shipments to the following jurisdictions (this list is subject to real-time adjustments based on regulatory changes):

  • Arkansas, Utah, Vermont, Maine, and San Francisco.

  • All domestic P.O. Boxes, military APO, FPO, and DPO fulfillment centers.

  • All international destinations outside the United States territorial borders.

Lost, Misrouted, or Damaged Packages

Once a package leaves our fulfillment center and is scanned into a carrier's tracking system, ownership and chain-of-custody risk pass entirely to the logistics operator. Silver Beach Vapes is not liable for items misplaced, stolen during transit, or misdelivered by carrier staff. If your tracking indicates a completed delivery but you cannot locate the package, you must initiate an official investigation and property claim directly with the specific carrier service.
