Defective Products

If you encounter hardware items that are physically defective out of the box (Dead On Arrival / DOA), such as non-functional batteries, systemic internal leaking, or chip assembly failures, you must report the issue to our service platform within 14 calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery. Your correspondence to zevenvapes@gmail.com must contain your verified order number, a descriptive breakdown of the malfunction, and clear high-resolution photographic or video evidence documenting the manufacturing defect. Verified claims will be resolved via item replacement or store credit distribution.

Non-Returnable Vape Products

To preserve public health, follow strict chemical sanitation guidelines, and adhere to federal product safety frameworks, the following items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once the original factory seal has been broken, altered, or opened:

  • All formulations of e-liquids, pre-filled pods, and disposable vape devices.

  • Atomizers, replacement coils, heating elements, tanks, and mouthpieces.

  • External hardware (mods, starter kits) that shows indications of physical assembly, liquid saturation, or general environmental wear. Hardware returns are restricted to items remaining pristine within their untouched, factory-sealed plastic wrap.

Refund Approval

Upon physical arrival of an authorized return at our verification facility, the items undergo manual compliance inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your claim. Approved refunds are routed back to the original funding mechanism or credit card account within 5 to 10 standard business days, depending on your individual banking institution's processing speeds.

Order Cancellation

Orders are locked for fulfillment immediately upon checkout. Requests for cancellations can only be processed if the order has not transitioned into warehouse picking or shipping status. Once a carrier tracking number has been generated or a wholesale order has been palletized, the transaction cannot be aborted or altered.

Age Verification Failure Penalty

In the event that an order is blocked or permanently aborted because a buyer cannot fulfill or deliberately refuses our age verification checkpoints, the transaction will be canceled. To cover non-refundable third-party public record lookup costs, payment merchant processing overhead, and administrative restocking duties, a restocking and compliance processing fee of 15% will be deducted from the total refund amount.
